Successfully redesigned the platform, improving navigation, reducing drop-offs and increasing newsletter subscriptions.
Challenge
Users faced difficulty navigating the book club section, resulting in high drop offs. Low newsletter subscriptions were another issue faced and the navigation in general.
What I did
- Conducted a website audit to identify major pain points.
- Researched optimal information delivery on article/news platforms.
- Explored subscription services to enhance user engagement.
- Created wireframes for a new navigational structure.
- Developed a prototype focusing on navigation.
- Redesigned the website with an editorial flair, addressing navigation challenges and encouraging user subscriptions.
